Typically created by cutting away some of the existing ceiling joists between the top floor and the loft-space. As these joists support the existing ceiling and restrain the pitched roof from spreading. Building phase

Upon your instruction, we get to work on creating a realistic work schedule to include erection of the scaffold, all construction works, right through to the decorating and cleaning This will also be accompanied by a clear payment structure, linked to the progress of the conversion, giving you certainty and peace of mind as to when payments will be due.
