While pulling your ideas together, separate out what you must achieve and what you would like to achieve. This will really help you when it comes to thinking about your priorities, budget and timing.
Depending on the type of building project you are looking to carry out, there may also be other areas to consider, such as; general location, ground conditions, access onto and around site, water, electricity and other services.
Design and planning
Now that you are ready to go ahead with the process of getting everything down onto paper, this is where your ideas really start to come to life! Working with highly regarded architects, with an in-depth knowledge of planning and building regulations, coupled with structural engineers that can make the most adventurous of designs structurally viable, we are here to help you with the process of getting you from the design to build stage.
Quotation
Whether taken from architectural and structural drawings, or following a site meeting and briefing, we believe in providing our customers with transparent and comprehensive quotes. Nevertheless, with the nature of building projects, there may be a time where you would like to make alterations to the design or specification, or something unforeseen needs to be resolved. Whatever situation may arise during your project, rest assured that through good communication, our aim is to make sure there are no surprises. With the ability to work to a range of budgets, but never compensating on the quality of workmanship, we believe Adept Sussex Limited are a building company that you will be happy to recommend to family and friends.
Building phase
Upon your instruction, we get to work on creating a realistic work schedule to include the laying of foundations, all construction works, right through to the decorating and cleaning This will also be accompanied by a clear payment structure, linked to the progress of the build, giving you certainty and peace of mind as to when payments will be due.
Communication Is Key!
Throughout the build our team will go the extra mile to ensure you are consulted over materials, colour choices and even textures.. This as well as pre planned site meetings, linked in to the schedule and stages of the build, is the essence to creating a building process where you the customer are at the heart, ensuring a stress and hassle free experience.
